Aline's Day 1 of IVF Cycle is July 7, 2026 To have the Menopur, Revokelle or Decadron, you have 30 to 60min weggle room if you can't apply a=exactly at 6:30pm. You need to take decadron with food, full meal, not snack. It's hard on your stomach. Take decadron 4 hours before sleep, cause it can keep you waken. If at taking decadron in the evening doesn't work for you you can take in the next morning and keep taking in the morning with your breakfast. Take decadron everyday until the nurse tells you to stop. Keep Revokelle and Cetrotide refrigerated. Between 2 and 8 degrees. Never all the way back in the fridge as it can froze and we dont want that. Menopur and decadron are kept in room temperature. Revokelle, start by testing the pen, move the wheel to the first drop and click. Aline's dose is 15mg, the next day the pen resets, so no need to calculate the use of plus 15. It will always be the dose 15. When there's not enough in the first pen for the dose of 15mg, use the second pen. When you apply, count 5 seconds with the pen pressed, remove the pen from belly and release the button. Release the button after leaving the belly is not a deal breaker but a good practice. To remove the pen needle, put the cap back on and twist it until it realeases from the pen. Revokelle is known to have extra doses in their pen. It doesn't mean you have applied the wrong dose. So use the 4 doses of 15mg if there is an extra full dose, use it, if not, open the other pen. Menopur is 1ml of the saline liquid mixed with two vials of the poweder. Theres a video explaining it, here is the whatsapp. All of the medical waste needs to go in a hard plastic container and closed with a good amount of tape and dispensed at the mailbox in front of the clinic. For Cetrotide, which usually starts in the 6th day of the cycle, Aline's will probably be on sunday july 12, but the nurse will call and confirm to give the go ahead to start using. Cetrotide is the only medication with hard time on it, no weegle room. Take as soon as the nurse advise and then the next day at 11am. The pharmacist have given a protocal to easy up Aline's pain. A rotation system to where apply the meds. So, 2 inches from the belly buttons in all directions, Cetrotide will be applied at the bottom because it can cause burn redness, lumps, bumps, itchin. At the sides, 3 rows of 2 being menopur and rekovelle, when the left side is done, move to the right and then comeback. It should releaf the pain. There's a drawing in the panflet, as well as a photo which can be displayed in this section There's a video demo explaining how to mix and apply Cetrotide in the whatsapp: If need to transport Cetrotide and Revokelle do so with a cold bag, not frozen, just cold. To easy up the pain, we can apply a cold patch at the belly to numb the area. Side effects can be: headache, Nausea (can eat a craker to help), Feel bloated. No turning, twisting, bending or lifting heavy weights ot things. Tie your shows is fine, work too, but stand up and walk as much as possible between clients. Walk everyday helps.
